Can anybody please tell me what MTRs stands for in the parrots. Thank you.

Movement Transaction Record. This is a formal document provided to the buyer from the seller or broker, every time the bird changes owners for any reason the details of the sale are recorded on this document, a paper trail from the time the bird hatches. This is more for class 1 birds, exotics, rare mutations, high interest birds.
