Ok I think this is the best place to blow off some steam I am with the phone network vodafone and i can say for sure the help team are a bunch of useless gets I have had to call them five times in the past 2 days once yesterday and four times today due to a problem with my blackberry internet service luckly the 5th call fixed this problem but in my eyes this should have being fixed the first time I called and as for rating there help service out of 10 I would have to give vodafone a big fat 0 they have cost me time and racked up my phone bill which I am very unhappy about and i would like to hear from other members of the forum about there network provider and how helpfull they have being to you and if you have had any problems with them please feel free to blow off some steam.
