Milo lands on my head!!

I know ive only had him since friday!!! But he has taken to flying and landing on my head! Now this is fine but when he starts to groom my head hes quite rough....is this normal or is he being a naughty boy?
to me its too rough so i tell him to get down and put my head towards the cushion or his cage whichever is nearer...am i doing wrong?!
its just he is so much rougher than my little sun conure!!!

I am also concerned about his lack of feathers under his wings....and watch him every time he preens himself to see if he is pulling anymore out...so far he isnt...

My GCC and my TAG both like to get on my head and "fix" my hair...lol Cosmo , my TAG can get a little rough , He is not meaning to, it's just cause his pointy beak pokes my head a little hard while he is " fixing " my hair . I guess I should have named him Paul Mitchel or Vidal Sassoon ...lol

Thank you!! Makes me feel better!! I don't mind him sorting my hair I draw the line when he has to go loo at same time lol
