...I've been sitting here,just reading threads..and it came to me..so many active members I haven't seen in a long time with posts I really enjoyed reading...
LadyHawk...who lost Kizzy her baby Blue Front.
Mr Biggles
Billdore..who lost his AG "Timneh" but adopted Perry,an Amazon from a friend.
Lord Triggs..who always had something interesting to say.
TexasWade..who lost his tiel Dusty and got Nacho the Quaker..
and the Trucker who has the two cute budgies he took truckin' with him...I know he had/has heart problems..

ElkenD had that very serious biking accident. Not sure what she is up to as of late, but recovery was extensive.

LordTriggs had changed jobs and if I recall correctly did not have a home internet access and was using the companies internet and computer. Likely the new position doesn't have that access?

GalleriaGilla has had a flare-up and is recovering well, with hope she should be back sometime soon.

If he indeed has heart problems he may not be able to get recertified..(anytime you have a serious health issue,the trucking industry requires you to get recertified..take another DOT physical to get the required medical card needed to drive a commercial motor vehicle..thats the reason why I no longer drive a big rig..wouldn't pass the physical )

and of course Ms.Gail!! I miss her way too much!!

Yup, her Husband is in the military and as a result, they get transferred about. This last move was from the Georgia area too someplace in the upper midwest.

FunnyJim, I was just thinking about this very thing not 2 days ago. Where have a lot of our active long timers gone? And not really that long ago too. I was reading Saltys thread from the begining and a lot of the posters on there haven't been seen in awhile. Kentuckene w/Gus, Psychocircus, Birdiegirl, ....

Kentuckene w/Gus - If I remember correctly she had started a not for profit and had really placed her energy in that undertaking.

Not sure regarding the others.

I pm'd 18WheelsOfSteel the other day and just got a reply. He is dealing with health issues (didn't get into it) and of course with the "plague". He said he is maintaining and his Budgie Buddies are doing fine. Now he is going to have to deal with not only ONE...but TWO hurricanes headed his way
I also mentioned that the folks here would love to hear from him,even if it's just a "HI!" :54:
