It was a friend of a friend thing [who didn't want her troubled caique anymore].This guys from Texas ! [im in New York] . He stayed with my friend Debra in Texas first . He came with a collar on cause he plucks. Whose ever heard of a plucking Caique Debra took his collar off [he seems to be doing fine.} Hes a trooper traveling all that way [and hes fine] Such a love always wants to be on my shoulder and do his little caique talk . This makes 3 Blk headed Caiques for me.My male caique Sammy must know theirs another one in the house.Hes been out to find him LOL. We should have a little challenge in our caique group here [selfies with your guys] . you know how impossible that would be [he he ]. I of course want to see pumpkin daves

Congrats on your third BH Caique! How do you think the other Caiques will take to him since he's just like them? I've heard Caiques usually only like their own kind? I hope it works out well.

I hope they all get along eventually . Their such a riot playing together . I have this method on how to introduces them when the time comes but it takes awhile.

I was told Caboose didn't play with toys .Iit will be interesting watching him turn into a caique His cage right now is somewhere where I am a lot. I have a cage full of toys for him. I see him not being able to help himself and check them out ! He even did a little body roll on the bottom of his cage. Im sure when its time to move him next to the other caiques they will teach him what to do.
