I had the bird gang out tonight and Pineki and Paco both decided to fly off the cage. I reached out for Paco to land on me and then realized I had no clue where in the world Pineki was. I walked around the room calling her, and she actually responded back most of the time. I must've searched for 10 minutes before realizing she was blending in to the hamper. Marco Polo anyone?

LOL! I often have to "search" for River in his cage. He's got a good size cage, and for some reason seems to blend in too! Usually it ends up he's right in front of me! lol

Merlin does that, I'll loose track of him for a few minutes. When I start calling, he doesnt say a word, when I'm just about in a panic, he will answer. Bad, bad boy. lol

thats so cute i just can picture them chirping, it sounds adorable. animals constantly amaze me with there little antics! it kinda reminds me of how my cats (sneaky as they are ) used to slip out and get out side. i used to have panic attacks only to find they hardly ventured out of our yard, and the latest we ever got them back was the next day!

i am glad its not just me that this happens too!! i've just been thinking its been my eye sight! funny how they can blend in an be invisible!!!
