Ok, don't think I've ever posted in this sub forum but wanted to share this photo of a couple of Manchester's very healthy feral ring neck population. We have an estimated 100 or so birds within a territory of about five miles, with a few different roost spots, and they get spotted further afield more and more regulary so they seem to be expanding. The bird feeders are in the car park of a local water park and nature reserve where I often take my camera, and I've seen a lot of ring necks there this year - in fact, if they're in the area you hear them long before you see them!
