Male or female?

Could someone please help me identify the sex of these two cockatiels please? I believe the grey one is male and have been told the white one is female. However the white one has not payed any eggs since we got her (2 years now) so I’ve become more doubtful. Any help please?

If Gray doesn't seem to have that pearl coloring along the back or tail feathers, (kind of like a spotted coloring) then he is definitely a male. Females tend to have that sort of coloring present while males do not.
Albino cockatiels do not have this coloring indication because of their mutation, so it is best to check in with a DNA test to ensure accuracy.
And female birds of any kind that are captive should not be laying eggs unless they are purposefully being bred. So if your bird is not laying eggs and you don't want that, that's good, but egg laying sometimes never happens in captive female birds and so should not be a indicator of parrot gender.
Because no egg laying could still mean female.
