male or female

Wanting to know if my cockateil is male or female. I've read on the internet that females have yellow tail feathers and the grey face and aren't very vocal like males. My cockatiel has the yellow tail feather and grey face and is very vocal so I'm lost to what I might have lol. Should I wait for a molt or can someone help me? Sorry can't load pics but maybe I can send in message. Tia

How old is he/she if I may ask? And also, does the underside of the tail feathers have a sort of striped pattern or barring, or is it a solid color? My male baby cockatiel has an extremely bright yellow head, but isn't usually very vocal.

The tail has stripes. The breeder said young but didn't give me an exact age.

It may be too early to tell, my guess would be female. I've heard female tiels generally tend to be more affectionate then the males. Like I said earlier the only way to tell 100% is to DNA them.
