Macaw chop recipes?

I'm looking for chop recipes for my Macaw, I've never done one before but after just a day here I've already learned a ton.

Rather than giving bits and pieces of fruits and veggies in the mornings the idea of a chop is awesome.

Is there specific chops based on bird type or does one pretty much fit all?
