I decided since it was a fairly nice day out after the rain passed, I would do some cleaning and weeding of the front area of the yard. I brought Mac out and sat him on a small table near where I was working and had his travel cage half covered with a towel so that he wouldn't get too hot.
Well, Old Mac started playing fast and loose with the ladies as they walked by the house and would yell out "Hey Baby, Hey Baby come here" most of the ladies just looked back like I was some dirty old man trying to put the move on them, while a few actually smiled when I would point to the half covered bird cage. I'm not sure they saw Mac or believed that it was a bird doing this. I decided to take Mac back into the house after his last vocal flirt because there was a young man and woman walking by and here he goes again "Hey Baby, Hey Baby, come here". The guy stops walking and started over to where I was working and I said it's my bird and walked over and removed the towel from his cage. But would Mac repeat what he said in front of them nope and was as tight lipped as a clam on seafood night and wouldn't udder a word. Fortunately they thought he was cute and left.
My wife asked why I brought Mac back in so early, I told her that bird is going to get me in all kinds of trouble and I'm gettin to old to be fightin out in the yard over Mac's flirtatous ways.
I'm beginning to think he's not going to be good for my health.
