Two beautiful lovebirds called kiki and ace.
I have a pair of lovebirds that I've had for a week and a half now. They have come in a cage that was very sparse, only one mirror plastic toy and two dowel perches. I've added loads of things to make it interesting but I'm not sure if this cage is actually big enough for them. I've attached a photo to show you.
Plus to get into the cage is really awkward. The door is small and opens by sliding up but doesn't stay up. I can unclip the top but it's really awkward so when the birds come out I just take the top off completely. It's just a hassle, I want a cage that is easy to use and is going to be fantastic for kiki and ace.
Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

The cage doesn't look too bad
But bigger is always better
I'd look into a flight cage for those guys and a few different types of perches.

I agree with jugoya, I bet Kiki and Ace would love having a flight cage. There's enough space for lots of toys and perches, easy access to the inside of the cage and IMO bigger cages for small birds are much easier to keep clean.

Cheers for the suggestion guys, I have had a look online and seen a few I like. I know they will love the space for even more toys 😂
