Looking for tips on African Grey pinging/calling

I would really love to train this out of her. I rescued her four years ago and she is just incessant about pinging and shrieking. My male DYH is the opposite. He is super chill. I bought him from a pet store 20 yrs ago.

If there are any tips or ideas on lessening these calls/pings - please share.
