Whrn I worked for Volkswagen in Niagara Falls, there was a very Italian man that told me the Guzzi bird was the largest bird in all of Italy; some sort of a condor with a nine foot wingspan. I don't know if that was presently or in extinction. The Moto Guzzi motorcycle has a picture of a bird in it's logo. In attempting to find more information on the Guzzi I tried a Google search and all I can find is information on the Guzzi motorcycle. Can anyone tell me how to refine my search to not get the motorcycle and just the bird?

I'm thinking he probably meant the golden eagle logo of the Moto Guzzi company. That's about the largest bird I can think of that occurs in Italy (barring, I suppose, migratory storks).

That is probably what it was, otherwise their would be at least some reference to it's extinction. Golden Eagles are in several places in the world. Thanks for trying
