Looking for breeder (TAG)

Hi everyone, I am new here.
I have a Eclectus for over 20 years now, adopted after original owner passed away.
The TAG is orange and starts with DHBB, followed by four distinctive number.
If anyone has any info it would be incredibly helpful.

I found my bird's breeder... here's how.
I tried all the avian vets and bird clubs in the possible areas of his origin. I finally found the breeder and corresponded with her. It was a lot of work, but worth it.
I wish there was a national register of some kid, but there's not...Good luck!
