Looking for Baby Quaker Hand Fed / Tamed in South Florida

I don’t think you’re allowed to own one here. I’m in South Florida too.

Not sure, and I’m sure it’s hard to enforce anyway.

In FL is legal, sold by several breeders and stores with birth certificates from what I found in the last 2 days, the trick is to find it very young, there are 2 bird stores that they currently have it but 8mo / 1yo.... but not hand fed and tamed. There is a breeder in Tampa that apparently have them hand fed / tamed but way too expensive and must be shipped, need to find someone local close.

Absolutely legal! And if you want a freakishly friendly Quaker- at an extremely low price, take a run to Leesburg Pets! An amazing selection of cages too!
Leesburg Pet Center

You will easily cover the cost of your gas!

I want to add, yes, you said you are looking for a breeder! I have known these folks since 1996, their passion is birds! They raise them there and constantly play with them!
