leucism

Darby, my 3 year old green cheeks blue flight feathers are now half white. I have researched leucism in birds and think this could be what it is. i took him to the vet and he was more interested in swabbing his mouth and bottom.(it was a check-up.) he never gave me a definite opinion on the white. I do give them a seed mix everyday, which I am hearing is not good for them. they also get harrisons which i hang higher than seed bowl. vet said they would start eating more of it if it was higher, and they did. I worry if this is leucism or malnutrition. I don't see any photos of conures with leucism. its pretty rare in the wild bird population also. anyone have a thought??

Feathers can change color look more yellow with liver problems and other health problems. A bird is the color it's born with they don't change colors , well except sun conure and caique that change to adult color.
I'll get a link in health that talks about color change in Feathers
Ok here it is
