Depends on how tame she is, what do you think. We know nothing of your situation, little more history and a better pic ,so we can ID.

I see that you are unsure of the breed of parrot. I recommend you post a larger picture so we can help identify it for you. I had my birds out on day one. Neither one wanted to leave my side from day one and I brought them home over a year apart. If your bird is take enough to step up onto your hand them it's likely tame enough to come out and spend time with you.

ill take a better pic for you :) but she really paniks when i ask her to step up and she flaps around the cage we've only had her 4 days now and today shes been really quiet and breathing fast. :( i think she may be a red lored but im really not sure tbh yesterday i started changing her food and slowly introducing her to proper parrot food with a mix of dried fruits chillies and other fruit n veg shes just been sat on her perch not doing anything but drinking and eating :/ i talk to her a lot i just wish i knew what was going on.

Looks like a kakariki :)

Is she hand-raised? Or parent-raised?

If she is a kakariki (and I am pretty certain she is, even from the small blurry photo :) ) then she will be rather flighty. She will be more like an aviary cockatiel or budgie and will need more like two weeks to settle in before you start trying to take her out. Maybe even longer, she will need to be very comfortable.

From Kakariki as pet

"They, especially males, dislike physical contact such as being petted and stroked, although they love to be all over people."

Doesn't sound like there will be much cuddling!
