Leg Band Info.... Shot in the Dark

I know my chances of figuring it out are slim to none, but I figured I can try.

Willow has a closed band. When I got her I was told she was "From California" originally. That said.... I doubt it, I'm willing to bet that was a guess since there is a sideways "CA" on her leg band.

So that leaves the rest of the "info" on her band. All there is is "ANTHONY 24" and the sideways "CA". So I don;t know if that's a small breeder tag, (if it is, I can't find it) or just the name of the original owner.

Really I'd just like confirmation on her age, and knowing the breeder would be great as well.

One major band provider is L and M Leg Bands (info below). Their bands are usually engraved (as stipulated by regional laws and customer request) with a buyer id code (up to three characters, which can be letters, numbers or symbols); a consecutive series of numbers, so each band has a unique number for record-keeping; their state or Canadian province abbreviation; and the year.

L&M is the one I referenced earlier in my post, thanks tho.

It seems Willow's band is not a traditional "coded" band, which is why I was asking. There is no code on any database that I have seen that has "ANTHONY" or just "24" on it.

I have spent a good amount of time searching the interwebs and every band registry I could access looking for any similar info. Only one I didn't search was the Yahoo one, as I don't have a yahoo account.
