Lafebers vs ZuPreem Naturals pellets for Gcc

My GCC, and soon my Sun, eats Lafebers Cockateil pellets. As well as his fresh veg/fruit and every other day gets a Nutriberry.

I've seen so many different things about food I'm confused which is better. Dues anyone have experience with which one is better? I have heard recently that the Cockateil pellets don't have what a Conure needs so I'm worried he's not getting ample nutrition.

I want him to get what he needs without getting fat.

I just love that sticky note with the list of ingredience of pellets. I have fed several on that list (Harrison's, Roudybush, and Goldenfeast) I prefer, and my birds love goldenfeast. It's human grade, and organic. I do use nutriberries as a treat, they love those too. But for the main food staple, it's fresh fruit and veggies, and Goldenfeast products.
