Kwiebuz - Caique born in 2013
Last summer (2013) I got my caique Kwiebuz. I think it is the best for the bird when the parrent birds feed him until he can eat by himself. But the parrents of Kwiebuz just throw him out to begin a new nest. So the breeder had two options: let him die of feed him by himself. Het choosed (luckely) the last one. But the breeder always let the parrent parrots feed the little ones and he planned a holiday. He was looking for someone who wanted a caique and knew how to feed a little one. I did that before and he gave me extra information and I had someone (a vet) who I could ask if there was a problem or a doubt.
So that is the reason why I got Kwiebuz when he was that little. Not the best way to feed a bird, but otherwise he would have died, so for the bird the best way (and everything went well without any problems)
So here some pictures of him when he was with me from the first week until he was eating by himself.
He became from a little ugly parrot to a beautiful parrot like he is now.
