I've been sparse on the forum this past week because I've been incredibly busy, but I just had to share this with you guys:D

So today I got to thinking an item I ordered a while ago hadn't shown up yet and called the company to figure out what was going on. They never received the order according to them, but according to paypal they transferred my money to them. After spending an HOUR AND A HALF getting the runaround between them and paypal, I was NOT HAPPY. Now, I usually do not loose my temper or raise my voice with customer support because they're trying to help and whatever is happening isn't their fault...HOWEVER, I was SO livid at everyone I spoke to having their heads where the sun doesn't shine today, I wet from nicely inquiring to demanding to know where my money was:mad::mad::mad: And the whole time Kiwi was just kind of sitting on my leg or hanging out on the desk behaving like a good boy (when I first called I didn't expect to need to spend that much time for a fairly straightforward question of where my order was).

Towards the end of this mess, as my voice became more and more upset, Kiwi starts nodding his head and raising his "voice" too- "honk" "honk"!HONK! until I could no longer focus on being mad because I was desperately trying not to bust out laughing. Apparently, he did NOT appreciate customer service giving his mommy the runaround either! He was very upset at them too and agreed they needed to find my money (or he may have gone and given them all a good chomping:54:)! He was even nodding his head when I asked if he wanted to bite them whilst I was on hold for the umpteenth time:D

That's so frustrating. Nothing like pets to cheer us up :). I hope your order is straightened out.

Lets just say I'm so pissed with World Market, I will NEVER shop with them again. After going through all that, finally, they just re-ordered the item, and I *CONFIRMED* it was IN STOCK (she said they had 10). I got an email immediately afterwards saying it was on backorder with no estimated date:52::mad:

Perhaps I'll stick some return postage on him and send Kiwi over to their headquarters to "deal with it":green:
 
How frustrating! I hope it all works out with your order! Kiwi knew what he was doing...he was yelling at the person who was upsetting his mommy!!! YAY KIWI!!!
 
Hey, can you put Kiwi on the next flight to my house? I need his help. I have a large online order placed and the invoice amount came out of my bank account twice so I need to place a call.:20: Ok...maybe a conference call with Kiwi on the other end will work??:54: Maybe he can just talk to Sassy and tell her what to say?:09:
