He had chased our old gal, Jess out of her bed so he could play in it. She went and got into Rex's bed so Kito followed, when she went to move into her bed this is the reception that he got. Kito was really telling the poor old gal off. All she wants at this time of her life is peace and quiet.

Awwwww... I so want to get my baby into a harness.
With time I hope she will let me tough her wings.. I have touched them a few times and rubbed under her wings but she is like.. "ahh, mmm, this feels gooood... hey wait your touching my wings... you can't do that" then I get a little nip on the hand... if she is fast enough cause I am learning to read her signs :27:

Yeah he's gonna be a big boy for sure, at the moment he's calling me for his evening meal so gotta be quick here. Anyway his wing span is awesome, kinda makes his body look all out of proportion.

I'm not sure fun is the word I'd use. Its been very hard work, having to rearrange my whole life around feeding times, but in saying that it I'm so glad that I have done it. Would I do it again..................................... I don't think so???????????????????????????????

Well Peta seeing your new baby all the time made me want to get one. I feel in love with a little dusky conure, but my boyfriend laid down the law and said no more pets. He said the same thing after we got our gerbil and since then I managed to get three more pets home, whats one more.

Exactly, come to think of it thats how we ended up with most of ours. Hubby laying down the law and me bringing more home. Its a good job he's a good man really, he doesn't get angry with me anymore, just kinda rolls his eyes and says "What another one"

Took Sisqo to get his nails clipped at the bird store yesterday, and now my boyfriend wants an African Grey. I've still got my sights set on a Blue & Gold Macaw though, so I guess we'll have to get both. Many many years down the line, of course.
