Kiko got caught in a web!!!

Just a few minutes ago I was feeding Kiko some birdie bread. My sister was with me and he got startled by her, so he started flying around the room.(he doesn't like strangers much.) Well, he landed on a picture frame ehind a web. He got tangled and started panicking. I stuck his ladder up there and he clambered on board. But his crest was stuck in the cobweb. Poor little thing. He finally pulled away from it, but he was wrapped like a caccoon. He refuses to be touched and towelled, but I haad to do it and now he looks much better. He's skulking and comfort eating right now. The only sign of his adventure is a very dishevelled looking crest.

Poor Kiko, that had to be so scary for him. (Ignore my chuckling, Kiko!) I know I do a full freak out dance any time I touch a web of any sort. I get the heebie jeebies. The idea of even a cobweb wrapped around me...ewww! Give that brave boy a treat.

Yeah, it was a little scary for me, too! I never really thought of the 'dangers' of cobwebs, but now I'll make sure to clean out the web in the corners. Oopsie...o3o
