So when she gets nervous or scared she bites her leg or foot....I don't like it but don't know how to stop her from doing it either... she doesn't draw blood or anything

Has she already been to a vet? Or I a vet recently? Biting legs may mean she is itchy, this can be a sign of health issues.

I always recommend foraging boxes and toys plus trick training. It keeps a bird mentally active.

Bosley bites his legs when he is playing and over excited.
I used to worry about it but he's been to the vet and some birds just have that habit. Distraction is the only thing I've ever found to help so far.

she has been to the vet clean bill of health and she is scared of new toys and that makes her nervous and then she bites her legs

Then it should calm down once she settles in a bit more. Boslley used to do it lots, now its rarely, he's been with me for almost 6 months now.
