In my day, brides just went out with their girlfriends for a night of fun and (usually) drank too much... and perhaps a stripper was involved...

There were no gun ranges involved... (Unless of course, it was a shotgun wedding, in which case I suppose a little practice might come in handy just in case he tries to run...)

I was thinking, like, well, what happens if the bride misses the target? Does that mean the wedding has to be called off?!

How many tries does she get?!

(Or does the best man just get really nervous, and does his best to make sure the groom doesn't try to run?!)

What happens if she hits the bullseye?!

Why am I picturing a woman in a wedding dress yelling "PULL" and some guy in a Tuxedo flying through the air, while a bunch of women wearing dresses in strange pastel colors not ordinarily found in nature cheer her on... I mean that's a visual that I JUST... DO... NOT... WANT... IN... MY...HEAD...
