Jolly wanted me to say he is not feeling any love for the green. He knows that red head steals the show but look at his candy corn beak. What he lacks in color he makes up for in pure sweetness!
His name is Jolly and there really isn't a name I could have picked that suits him better. I picked him up at Christmas time last year and he had lots of red and green feathers. Many times babies can sport colors of the opposite sex but Jolly had the most red that I or the breeder had ever seen! So because of his colors and the time of year I chose that name and then it ended up suiting his personality to a T he is ALWAYS JOLLY!
Jolly is beautiful and looks like a sweet and happy bird. What a great name. Flying to you on command? Sounds like he's well behaved too! The total birdie package
We (briefly) considered an ekkie before we got Kiwi, and I remember hearing the males tend to make better companions than the females.
