So, I didn't do blood work on him as the Dr didn't think that was neccessary, but we did testing for parasites after being outside and psittacosis, I did not do blood sexxing today as that don't really matter. His wings was already trimmed, but the completely wrong way, he said that if I changed my mind I could bring him back and they'd clip them for no charge. Jacob did great, he was a patient bird, didn't bite anyone, didn't scream, he just handled it and was playing with the instruments. Then he flew from head to head on the staff.. Everyone thought he was the sweetest. The Dr was a little surprised over the instant hormonal bonding the bird did, I still firmly believe it was cause he was panicking calling out for help and I answered, I suspect that in bird world that means Im now his wifey LOL
So so far he came out with a clean bill of health, good heart, NO URI which I feared, he said that sometimes birds does that (and he used an expression I don't remember) that could make that sound.. Like clearing his throat I figured it meant..
So now we are just waiting for parasite results then I have a healthy birdy..
So now we are just waiting for the results
