Jackie's mad at me (lol)

Jackie has gotten SO attached to me, that now he's mad at me for leaving him for a whole 4 hours for a birthday party *sigh* he only allowed me to transport him from his cage to his playgym, but is seriously holding a grudge I think he's not going to forgive me until morning... I even sat next to him for at least 15 minutes sweet talking him and he is STILL mad at me- won't even let me give him head scritches...I feel bad but at the same time find it kind of funny- how DARE I lol I told him fine- next time you'll go and get sooo much attention you'll explode! Not sure if that would be a good idea...? These guys have quite the personalities lol

My Jake does the same thing.She "punishes" me for going off with out her. I'll offer my hand for her to step up and she goes the other way,LOL. So i play hard to get and she comes right around.

I also feel bad when leaving Mishka alone especially the hours during a weekend.

This coming weekend I am being spoilt, Steven bought tickets to watch two amazing games one our Springboks play (Rugby) and Bafana Bafana (Soccer).

Mishka will be on his own for about 7 hours in total.

I wonder what kind of a reception I will get when coming home.

lol hen, i too use the hard to get method its a risk of a bite for any1 to try give the nut attention when she is that way out! lol

i offer head scratch?? nut turns (if very annoyed, fake lunges, and will remove fingers if they linger in front of her) so i go off, to another room, russle a bag to make noise, and volia!! nut flies in, lands on shoulder looking all interested and at this point i need a treat ready, or she remembers why she was that way out an plus the no treat!! lol

Jackie will take treats no matter his mood- but if he's really mad he'll just throw it on the floor RAAHHH!!! Lol ok then... But even if accepts a peace offering, that doesn't mean he's no longer mad haha
