The loud monster bird acting all cute. She is still in the habit of sitting at the top window ledge looking down on everything outside and talking her full head off, screaming at them (both the inanimate objects and the people), and flashing her wings. I sometimes wonder what the neighbors think of us but I figure its best not to ask:52:

Love the way shes peering out from under her blankie lol.. I am not too familiar with the 'Too species as a whole..Is Ivory what is known as a "bare eyed"? From the no fluff around her eyes I gave it a shot :54:

Yep she is a bare eyed or little corella. Ivory is my mothers bird...I'm sure she will be mine at some point since she is young.

Folger is my bare eyed boy.

That is an older pic of Folger boy. He still wears his collar in the cage but not out of it. The new collar he is wearing is very thick and wide so he can't get around it at all. I took it off this morning and he immediately went to town on organizing his feathers. I dumped him in the shower for a bath so he would have to slow down the frantic preening pace!

I just took pics of him this morning actually hanging out with Loki. The first time I've seen him so close to another bird without freaking out and running away.

Folger actually sat with me a little bit yesterday after I took those pictures. It wasn't very long but more calm than he usually is anymore! He sat on my shoulder and was pressing his head to my cheek while clicking at me. Then he went little freak and ran for the hills again But that is the second time he was semi calm for a short period lately.
