So today my beautiful, snarky, diva, Conlan turns 3 years old! Where has the time gone?!
She's been my rock since she came home with me at around 3 months old.
After researching birds a bit I decided one would make an excellent companion. Little did I know that a random trip to a local exotics store for rat stuff would lead to me to calling this amazing creature mine
I saw her and fell in love... Though I thought it was a male (hence the name Conlan) and was later proved wrong via DNA testing lol.
She's been my anti-anxiety drug, my constant reading pal, my dessert buddy, my movie watching couch potato, my teacher, and my baby girl.
I honestly have no idea where I would be without her steady wings.
Thank you for all the love and laughs you've brought me Conlan. And here's to many many more years of the same to follow
