Itching / Sneezing

My pearly conure (1 year) started sneezing near the end of January, I've taken him to the vet 3 times about it, and received 2 different kinds of medicine in try and treat it with no results. Recently I noticed his sneezing completely stopped unless he's itching his head, (which I've noticed he's doing a lot more recently), and while itching his head he will stick his nail in one of his nostrils. we're going to the vet again in a week. just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar or has any idea as to what could be causing this.

Thanks for seeing a vet, just go with what they say. Could be a variety of issues, or nothing at all, but someone with more experience might be able to help.
