I'm looking for a cockatiel breeder in Northern California in the Sacramento area. Any recommendations?

I know everyone is saying go the breeder route, but don't ignore pet shops completely! There are bad and there are great! There is a shop in Leesburg, fl that is amazing! Privately owned an does a fantastic job with their birds. And their prices are half what the chains ask!
It is worth looking around!

If you haven't found a cockatiel, Bonnie at the Sacramento Parrot Rescue has/had one for adoption. She's in Citrus Heights. Check it out on Facebook and call her. She's wonderful. I believe it's tame and just needs a new home and love.
