Is this cookbook suitable for budgies?

So I've been hearing great things about the "Parrot fine cuisine cookbook" but I'm having trouble finding out whether this can be used for budgies? I googled whether budgies are parrots and surprisingly couldn't find anything at all!

parakeets are parrots. So yes the book would be good for them.
