Looking for either a green winged breeder or a hyacinth, I've done all my research and family member has had macaws in the past so we are not new to macaws. But I need to find a breeder. Ty. We live in northern VA fyi tyvm

I would recommend " Best Birds".They are out of Florida. They ship birds ,I had a great experience getting my Macaw Moose :)

We have several members here from the UK. Please make a new thread instead of posting in one that's long been inactive.

Consider a reverse search. Start by searching for a Certified Avian and/or a Avian Qualified Vet first. Once you find those around London, ask them. A quality Breeder will be working with a quality Avian Vet.

Im in the same boat looking for a bird and this is good advice. My vet hooked me up with a couple people looking to re-home ( not good matches, but good experience) and a breeder in our state that she spoke highly of.

Man if you happen to live in Florida you are set! Seems like anyone who breeds anything lives in Florida. I have toyed with the idea of heading out there and doing a little bird tour. Not sure how flying with a bird is, need to look into that, and if I drive I will probably come home with way too many new friends.:13:

Trying to keep my flock at 4ish (always use ish around the wife, you know leave the door open a crack.)
