Is The Pampered Parrot still in business?
I have tried for the past week and a half to reach someone there, left a number of messages, tried calling a lot of times I didn't leave a message hoping to get a person, send a message from their contact page of their site, but can't get any response. I tried to send again from their site, but it said I only get one submission.
I am quite frustrated at this time because I was just wanting to ask a simple question, but I am not so sure now I would order from them if their customer service is like this.
Has anyone had experience ordering from them or with ever getting a human to answer a phone there or return a message (phone or email)?
