Is Tess sick?!

I'm worried, Tess my 2 year old Grey has just out of the blue thrown up, it's not a lot it's a tiny piece of banana chip and like a small amount of yellow gooey looking liquid, her behaviour is fine besides that, she's sat on top of her cage talking and whistling away, she's been eating fine, drinking her usual amount of water, playing with her toys and flying about just like normal but I can't stop worrying something may be wrong, can someone please shine some light on this?

I wouldn't be to concerned.. All my birds spit up every now and then.... They don't do it often but it happens.... As long as it doesn't smell sour and she is doing find otherwise I wouldn't worry about it..
