I'm really worried about my GCC Lenny. Me and him were just hanging out watching some TV and he came up to me and he opened his mouth up and started shaking his head around and some solid but sorta squishy stuff came up. This happend twice in a row? Is he okay?

It is likely he is regurgitating for you. Means he looooooooves you. But to be safe, google parrot vomiting and read the descriptions. If you think he’s vomiting, get him to a Certified Avian Vet inmediately

It wasn't liquid, it was the description I said above.

He sounds like he is just fine. He is just in love with you.

What he regurgitates he will usually re-consume if you offer it back. Sounds gross but it's not.

Shaking up and down is good, side to side is not! Most likely he was feeding you! Did you insult him, or reciprocate?

Yes, it sounds like he was "head-bobbing" to regurgitate for you..usually it looks like white colored solids that come-up when they regurgitate...If they actually vomit, it's liquid. This is due to hormones, he's trying to feed you...

I am guessing that this is friendly regurgitation, but I'd get him checked out by a Certigied Avian Vet... it's good to have one "in the wings". You'll be so grateful you do, in the awful event of an accident or emergency! I know I have been! :)
