Is my bird’s wing drooping?

I can’t tell if his one wing is drooping or not. How can I tell the difference between a stressed bird and a sick bird? He’s pretty alert, flies, eats, drinks, and poops normal. But, his feathers seem to be fluffed quite often. Am I just overreacting to him being stressed from a new environment?
