Is he showing interest in me finally? Also my birds don't seem to be bonding at all.

So this week I have been real sick with a bad cold. Have had fevers and everything else. I was laying in bed the other day and as it started getting dark Hallows Eve started hanging on the side of the cage (faceing me) and bobbing his head up and down chirping normally I would say that he was trying to get Halloweens attention but Halloween was on the other side of the cage. Is he showing interest in attenion from me? Also my bird seem "content" to share a cage together but thats just about it. Hallows Eve has tilted his head a few times for Halloween to preen him but she just ignores him. They don't seem to be bonding well. They don't hate each other but they are not bonded like I would have expected.
