I have 2 sweet budgies, Nimbus and Banana. They are both boys Nimbus is 17 months and Banana is 11 years old though I've only had him for about 3 weeks. would write more but that's the max
I went to my local plant shop and they had like 15 different types of spinach seeds. I bought the Monstrueux de viroflay because it seemed to have a large yield and it contained the most seeds. Is this still safe for my birds?

in moderation-- look up iron storage disease.

Oh, and dont forget: only fresh spinach is safe, once chopped or cooked do not feed the next day! (But since the same goes for humans you already knew that.)

wait...as a human, you can't eat re-heated spinach?! I should be dead....

its advised against because the nitrite/nitrate issue (NO2 -NO3)

no it does not kill every single time (obviously)
but spinach is one of those foodstuffs you should not mess around with too much.
