Apollo (8 years old Sunday conure), and Ari (7 years old jenday conure) and Cosmo 9 years old goffins cockatoo). All DNA tested females.
Spring started a couple of weeks ago and the days are starting to look nice outside. We have a nice deck out back and we are starting to spend some time out there just relaxing. We want to start bringing Cosmo, our goffins too, out there with us in a cage so she can enjoy some sunshine with us. The temps are only around 60 degrees so far. Is that an acceptable temp for her if it is only for an hour or two?

Even for tropical species like Goffin's and suns, I don't think 60 is too cold, particularly not in the day when their metabolism is high. For tropical birds I wouldn't let it fall below 65 when they're sleeping, just because it doesn't really fall below that ever in the tropics. But I use 60 as a minimum for my subtropical birds, even though both come from places where the weather sometimes falls below freezing, just as a matter of caution: 60 is when they begin to puff up their feathers to keep warm. I'd say bring her out, and see how she reacts. If she seems happy and excited, leave her out. If she puffs up and sits still, she's too cold.

If it is 60 and still then that can feel pretty warm but if you have a strong breeze that can bring the temp down a fair bit. Advice above sounds good.

When it hits 60 degrees we open the windows in our house to air it out! As long as it isn't too breezy, my birds love it! I think your birds would be just fine, as long as it isn't too breezy, like others have said.
