Hi,
I'm not actually a bird owner as such but considering being one some day. I live in the countryside in the West of Ireland. I am wondering what the dangers of raptors are there for birds such as Macaw or African Grey doing free flight? The one thing I notice about Ireland is that there are few birds of prey and all I have seen have been relatively small, hawks and such. I think the large birds, Golden Eagle and so on are very rare and localised.
Cheers!
