Do you guys have any advice on introducing new toys and/or objects?
I switched from stainless steel bowls back to a mess free feeder for my tiels because the mess was outrageous. My younger tiel seems to have moved from fear to just not getting it. My birds spend enough time outside of the cage that this isn't a big deal, but I'd really like to have them use these feeders so they don't throw food.

Also I recently bought cat perches for my birds to use. They straight up fear these for whatever reason. I think they'd really enjoy them but I don't know how to get them past this.
