Hello everyone,
I hope to visit and get advice here frequently. My name is Samantha and I live in Germany with my husband, baby daughter and two guinea pigs. I am from the United States and had the good fortune of growing up in Wisconsin where cardinals were frequent visitors in our backyard.
My family and I just adopted a cardinal who we have named Amadeus. Amadeus was born in captivity, and while he was well cared in a pet store, it still was no place for such a gorgeous creature.
He is settling nicely into his new outdoor aviary and surroundings. I love having him here, he is a wonderful reminder of home and I hope that the old wise tale about cardinals being the spirit of passed loved ones in true.
Thank you for all the advice I have been given thus far.
