Oh yes, this story has had great play. What an awesome save by the firefighters! Animals seem to have a special place in their psyche as so many stories are published of animal rescues.

I think so too, Scott. I love seeing the firefighters rescuing animals of any kind, they definitely go the extra mile.

Even though this is sweet and all, I couldn't help from laughing at the parrot that didn't cooperate with the firefighter. He was trying to give him oxygen and he was like, "Nope. Don't need oxygen. I'm fine with CO2, thanks."
