Interaction with other birds?

So we just got this cockatiel and shes amazing. We were told she loves other birds. So this morning papito, our cag, came down from his cage to my chair and was sitting there chewing apart some cardboard. Freckles saw and had to investigate. When she got close, papito leaned his beak out towards her. Hes never bit anyone before and runs away from the other two birds normally. I want them to interact, but dont want him to hurt her. What should i watch for and whats normal?

Greys can hurt smaller birds, so just be careful and watch them closely.

Mine is not much interested in interacting with my other 2 birds. She likes to vocalize with them, but that's about it. And she did go after my amazon a week ago when he tried to put his foot on her cage.

Freckles got up today and when i opened her cage, she came out and went up and walked around the top of papitos cage. He just kinda sat and glared at her, then gave me the"ok im done being nice" look, so i got her down, lol.
