recently there is the option of insurance of birds.
And i am complicating whether or not to do it,they cover for most things 50%of the costs, but i have to pay for each bird it will cost about 40 euro's a month.
Should i do it or just put an amount away each month,i can only put aside 50 euro's each month.
i hope to hear,i am really in a twist with this, since on one side i know that with little birds their isn't as much they can do when they get really sick.
But on the other i am afraid that i there is something they can do i wouldn't be able to pay for it.

Thinking about insurance can be complicated and what is offered on your side of the world is/was better than when I checked into it here in the States.

At the time there was only one company offering any type of medical coverage and there were too many things that were disallowed/not covered, that I never bothered with it.....you really need to understand exactly what is covered and what is not covered...here in the states an advertising brochure might make you think something is covered, but when you get your actual policy, you find the item is not covered or that the actual coverage is less than what you thought...other than that I can't offer any experience...sorry.....
