Ink on hand

Hi so I'm a university student and do a lot of writing with a pen. Sometimes ink gets on my hand and I can most of it off using hand gel and baby wipes but sometimes the tiniest amount stays on basically you cant see it. Can I still wash fruit and veg to give my birds it's the smallest amount of my thumb.

Yeah- just wash as well as you can. In my opinion, it's just basically a stain at that point. I know I have had pen residue on my hands before and still hand washed things. You just want to make sure you have attempted to remove it the best you can- a little left over should cause no issue because if it isn't coming off, it's not coming off.
