What is the most beautiful/cool looking bird out there? Everything besides appearance aside. Can be a parrot or non-parrot.

Parrot: the black masked lovebird.

waxbill: the gouldian finch

bird of prey: the barn owl

This is a hard decision! Personality wise I would always have to say parrot, with the raven and crows just a split second behind.

One of my favorite birds in the entire world, and in my opinion the most beautiful, is the Lammergeier.

Very nice picks everyone! i have a Indian blue peacock!, but the purple peacocks are amazing! ill have to see if i can get pictures of our peacock
